Working on EDS Business Intelligence, we focused on two basic issues - user-friendly reports editor and minimization of reports generation time. The result is a product which combines the ability to generate reports from huge databases and monitor data in real time with the ability to manipulate databases in one package, but it does not require advanced knowledge of database programming or other complex skills.

For report viewing, editing and generation there are two instruments:
